I Need My Refund

They never refunded me since 2023 after they lost my order, they said my issue is under investigation and I signed forms and proof of payments but still they haven't refunded me, I wish Shein can use other logistics company and now they stopped replying my emails it's really frustrating.. I want my R400.00 Back
