i need my order as you are failing to return it to the supplier

I returned a temu parcel in May and it hasn't reached temu till to date. I have contacted temu but they gave me your number and said i should discuss everything with you. I need my parcel back because it has been 2 months now. i have tried calling, sending email and chatting with your bot but i have not received an answer.
