Good day My name is Esme de Jongh. I order a parcel from Shien. My tracking number is BUFZA6YK29389D7YQ. My parcel was received at Buffalo depot in Potchefstroom on 12 October 2024. It is already 11 days later. Since then nothing is happen with my parcel. I make numerous calls to Buffalo Logistics to try to find my parcel. No one can answer me. Every time they told my that my parcel was dispatch and I will receive it that morning or the following day. I haven't receive that. I think it is very poor services and I am scared that my parcel was ******.
