I have send money to the account by mistake I was suppose to send R52 but I put R520 by mistake on the order It was December 2023 I called them several times then after a week when I called again they sent me a refund letter, Email was from Palesa Leotlela. I filled the form and send it back immediately then weeks gone again nothing I called and relates my query to Kamogelo who told me she will ask Palesa to call me, after 4 days Palesa send me an email telling me they don't except the format I send the refund form they using pdf I then send it with the pdf after nothing again after another week I called again and spoken to Lebogang who told me there's a lot of complains about Palesa she will tell her to call me that was two weeks again still nothing on my email no refund
