I have been waiting on my order

I ordered on Shein and they used Buffalo logistics to deliver I’ve been waiting and on the 26 of August 2022 it will be a month since I ordered. Been calling but they keep telling me that my package will be delivered in the next 72 hours it has been over a week since they said that! It’s not so trustworthy worthy and the consultants always lie. I’m so annoyed
