I have been waiting from my parcel from them for 3 weeks , their lines are always busy it it a mission to get a hold of them

I have been waiting from my parcel from them for 3 weeks , their lines are always busy it it a mission to get a hold of them. They say they have a watsapp number which they never respond. When I get a hold of someone they always tell me it's with the driver it will be delivered on the day. I don't know what to do anymore I paid for delivery without any delay but the customer service am receiving is pathetic, no one calls or says anything unless I try and call and use up R100 of airtime to speak to someone. I even think they lost my parcel.
