I have been waiting for my parcel from last week,the status says “allocated to trip “ and I was informed that I’ll receive it within 3 to 5 days and the days has lapsed without any communication from them.tried calling them and sending emails also WhatsApp but no response from their side,very bad service and it’s frustrating and inconvenience
