I have been having issues with delivery of my parcel for over two weeks now. When i called Buffalo this time around i spoke to Nokulunga. She was absolutely amazing, especially given my frustration over the delays. Nokulunga was very patient and extremely professional, and just an overall nice person. She is an amazing consultant. Thank you so much to Nokulunga. As for Buffalo Logistics as a whole, iam extremely disappointed in the way they handle allocation of delivery of parcels. The system needs drastic improvements. Buffalo needs a better system of tracking and making sure that all orders are assigned delivery and the delivery does go out to the customers. Drastic improvements are needed for better customer service at Buffalo
