I hate that I trusted them with my parvel

My parcel my suppose to be sent back to shein on the 23.10.2023 the day they picked up at my place since this day I've been calling sending WhatsApp and email no replies and when tracking it's showing its been on transit for more than 20 days and it's canceled without letting me know.
