I had enough with Buffalo logistics!!!Buffalo must be stopped

I’ve had enough with Buffalo.I’ve ordered on the 27th November 2023 and they delivered 19th January 2024 only to find out it’s the wrong parcel I’ve called them immediately when I saw it wasn’t my parcel all they said was they’ll escalate the matter,they only called today because I called the other customer letting them know that I have their parcel so that’s when they want to take me serious. Can someone help me with the their address so I can fetch my parcel it’s been long overdue
