I encountered a very bad experience with one of their delivery guys, called to get my address and details of my order, then told me that he is not going to deliver to my address its too far they dont go there, called buffalo also they just tell me that the order is out for delivery and the driver will deliver today. The order has to be collected by dad who’s almost 70 and they want him to walk almost 2 km to collect a door to door delivery
