I don't understand why my package was returned on 10 Feb and wrongly allocated even though I did asked for the package to be speed up as it was an emergency for my daughter's sale at schook

I don't understand why my package was returned on 10 Feb and wrongly allocated even though I did asked for the package to be speed up as it was an emergency for my daughter's sale at schook. Now she has lost marks because the package arrived late for her sales. Now I don't know what must we do with the items bought.
