I don't even know what to call this 'company'

As appealing as it is to order from Shein, this is the courier company they use and Buffalo Logistics is absolutely useless. They have no customer service and the chances of you actually getting your parcel is very very slim. I would go as far as to call them sacmmers. Please, please, please reconsider ordering anything online that uses them as a courier company.
