I don't care attitude for their customers

On Thursday the 8th of Feb 24. Their driver took my parcel out for delivery without checking my house number. During the day he send me a WhatsApp saying that his got my parcel and his coming shortly. I waited and waited until 16h30 that's when he said to me he won't be able to deliver due to incomplete delivery. He started being rude to me and he told me that, I will collect my parcel myself. Then I got a massage saying that I will receive my package on the 12th of Feb after updating my address. I called their call center around 16h05 asking about my package and I was told that it is out with the driver and I'm still waiting upto now @18h40.
