I can't get my parcel from Buffalo logistics

I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks almost a month now I have tried calling them email whatsapp without any response they keep telling me excuses after excuses 1st they told me they failed to deliver because of insufficient address I dnt know what that means cuz ibhave been using that address for so long next thing the was no one 1⃣ at home which is a lie because I ddnt recieve any call from them that day....what kind of a courier company is that don't call people when they are delivering their parcel I'm having a hard time to get my parcel please help.
