I called multiple times regarding the same issue and I was genuinely not impressed but the other agents couldn’t help me I told them that my old number is no longer working and they said they will not be able to assist me unless I pay to change the mobile

I called multiple times regarding the same issue and I was genuinely not impressed but the other agents couldn’t help me I told them that my old number is no longer working and they said they will not be able to assist me unless I pay to change the mobile number, I told them that it’s stupid I’m calling in advance to make you guys aware that I lost my number and you will not. Be able to reach my and over a week my order has not been delivered & luckily I received the best agent you guys probably have her name is Akhona Duze she assisted me within 5 minutes she understood what happened the other agents couldn’t just add an alternative number because I told them that I lost the mobile number and they saw that dispatch also was not able to reach me, the 5 stars are for Akhona Duze not for the company
