I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your team, particularly Agent Nozi. After a month-long delay with my package, I had almost lost hope. Despite numerous calls to the call center, I wasn't getting the help I needed.However, Agent Nozi went above and beyond to assist me. She escalated my issue, and thanks to her efforts, I was finally reunited with my package.
