I am feed up! With this company

This company is the worst! I escalated a driver of theirs who refused to drop the parcel at our door step! he wanted us to collect from him when he was 9M our from our house when we tried to direct him to our house he dropped the phone and the company did absolutely nothing about that . His so disrespectful and arrogant and the company told me go ahead and post of helo Peter . They just didn’t care!!!!
