I am being ****med?

I have place an order with Shein on the 11th Nov 2021. My estimated date of delivery is supposed to be today. What makes me so upset - those are for my 3yr old daughter Christmas clothes. I have received nothing and when I track, my parcel is with CBCU as from the 23rd Nov. After several attempts eventually I spoke to an agent at Buffalo who advise - my parcel is not with them but at the airport for random check. I have email Shein, no response. At this point I just don't know what to do. Clearly I wont be getting my parcel anytime soon.
