HORRIFIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

I have a parcel arriving from China, which has already taken much more than what I was originally told.

Buffalo sent an sms yesterday to say delivery was taking place, the whole day somebody was at home waiting for it.

I phone in the afternoon, NO ANSWER, they send you to a what's up number, well A LOT OF MESSAGES YESTERDAY AND TODAY, AND NO ANSWER TO ANY.

Parcell needless to say hasn't arrived.

E-MAILS equally ignored and no reply to those either.

DO NOT USE THOSE PEOPLE THEY ARE HIGHLY UNRELIABLE
