Horrific

Worst company on the face of this earth.

I’ve ordered items from SHEIN and I noticed that they have an incorrect delivery address, I called in to correct this and the call centre advised was so horrific. I called in a few hours later to confirm if the address correction was escalated by the previous advisor and it was not.

Nothing was done but then the current agent I spoke to then escalated the incorrect address, Saturday I received a call from the currier company confirming the delivery of my parcel in the next few minutes. I asked him what address he had and it was still the incorrect address.

I then called in this morning and spoke to another call centre agent but then the line suddenly dropped, 4 agents after that dropped the line on me.

I still don’t have my parcel.
