Horribly disappointing

If I could rates this place any lower, I would. My parcel has been "processing in JHB" since the 6th of June, my order was placed on the 26th of May, so when I got the update that my parcel is being processed at the warehouse in JHB, I got excited. My order was only supposed to be delivered from the 17th - 20th of June. I realized that the street number in my address was incorrect, I phoned the company regarding this and got the address corrected. Every time I call I get a different answer. First told me that it will be delivered the next week, and nothing happens. I could have honestly received my parcel quicker, but I paid for shipping and this warehouse is realllly far from me. I am severely disappointed, the employees also sound like they would rather die than do their job or try and be helpful. Apparently it takes them two weeks just to change my address.

If you order something online, ensure this company doesn't courier it.
