Horrible Shipping Experience

Ordered Christmas gift from the 11th of December and on the 24th of December the parcel was already in Pretoria but this people don't care about their customer, I called Buffalo logistics on the 24th and I was told it will take another 48hrs, I request to come collect and they refuse to help in any way, horrible experience, the kids won't have Christmas gift because of this wicked people.
