I am appalled by Buffalo Logistics' abysmal delivery service. Their driver demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism by failing to adequately communicate with me regarding my parcel. The inadequate attempt at communication was nothing short of insulting.

Buffalo Logistics' inability to provide a satisfactory service has not only caused me inconvenience but also cast doubt on their reliability and professionalism as a logistics provider.
