HORRIBLE SERVICE , NO COMMUNICATION

I'm very frustrated with their service. I'm still waiting for my goods from shien which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 09th April, on Tuesday evening the delivery just buzzed me via whatsapp and I immediately called him back and also texted him and he didn't answer all that. Few minutes later I received an email saying that I rescheduled my delivery to the 11 April and guess what is almost evening now I haven't heard anything from company's team. Very poor service, no communication, you call them no answer only music play , their what's number you speak to the robot and when you ask to speak to the agent the root says the agent will only be available later and they give email address when you send an email you no response. Horrible service, honestly not happy. The drivers name is Simon Mothata BLU.
