Horrible Service-****mers !!!

They failed to deliver my order 2 and a half months ago! now I have to call them every week for my refund!yet i submitted all the required documents to the none existing "Palesa " they just wont admit that they lost my order they keep on saying they are investigating and making empty promises for weeks

every week I have to explain that my order was not delivered and deal with rude consultants like Penelope
