Horrible service given by Buffalo logistics

Horrible service These people are treating us like we asked them to deliver these things for free. I ordered on SHEIN on the 8th of this month till today I haven’t received my order but what ****es me the most is that they lie, saying that they couldn’t deliver because your phone number wasn’t going through or invalid address like that’s the excuse they could come up with ? They don’t answer my calls nor my emails. They should not do the job if they can’t provide the service they claim to have. Still waiting for my order
