Horrible Service from Buffalo Logistics - 0 Rating!!

I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone. What an absolute mess of a courier service - I have been trying to call but must hold almost an hour to get to a consultant who says “my order should arrive”, firstly what customer service is telling a client it SHOULD arrive? Secondly, I work with people who ordered DAYS after me and have received their stuff from SHEIN already but one of your consultants (a different one) says I’ll have to wait another 7 working days??? This is absolutely ridiculous - I wouldn’t have ordered if that was my original ETA as I URGENTLY need the stuff !!!!! I will never order from SHEIN just because of the possibility of getting Buffalo as my courier again. Had a different ordered delivered through Aramex for shein too and it’s arrived in perfect timing!! Even before the ETA actually. Buffalo logistics is a horrible courier and I would never use their poor services again and strongly advise people not to either.
