HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!

The is thus far the worst service I have ever received; I wish I could give them 0 rating their service call center agent put the phone down on you, I have requested for my parcel to be returned back because of their ridiculous tax fee, it's been over three weeks now, I'm not getting any feedback, I've sent then numerous emails with no response, and their WhatsApp line is just as useless as their services. I'm so disgusted with their services
