Horrible service

Buffalo logistics is a nightmare. I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks. I received a message stating that I will be receiving my parcel 2 which I didn't. I had to cancel all my appointments to that I could be a home when they de***** since in the morning i have been waiting and no one even bothered to tell me what happened
