Horrible service by Buffalo

This company was chosen by TEMU to deliver my order, they updated my profile that it was delivered I've tried calling their numbers given it just rings a song plays no answer it been three days and TEMU still hasn't refunded me my money because Buffalo says delivered. They don't even answer emails. What kind of company delivers without asking for proof of identity
