HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving from Buffalo. Since last week Thursday I have been calling in to give the correct address. This week I called in about 4 times to do the same. Every time I call in, they still give me the incorrect address, while I called in on numerous occassions to correct this issue. It is on the checking floor again now, all to be sent to the same incorrect address. Besides this, not once has anyone given me a call to make sure, as they have tried to deliver twice and the third time is going to be wrong again. I think this is pathetic service. I asked whether I could collect, I was told I can't, so what happens, if things are not gtting done. I call numerous times a day just trying to get through. THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS; 114A DA GAMA STREET BROOKLYN, MAITLAND 7405. Please people something needs to be done urgently about this matter.
