Horrible service at its best

The worst service ever received from this company. I logged a return and expecting a driver to come collect my parcel on the 8th December , I called on Mondy the 15th and I was told a driver will come collect on the 16th but no driver pitched. I called today the 17th and poke to a very pathetic employee named Patience Nkwana who had no knowledge of what she was saying to me, when I requested to speak to a senior she refused and told me she will not assist me with my request an said she will wait on the line with me as she will not assist with my request . She refused to give me her managers name and went as far as hanging up the call on me . I spend 19 minutes on the call with this lady . I received the worst service from this company since Monday but Patience stands out. I am still waiting for a managers call from 12h00.
