HORRIBLE SERVICE AND *********** WORKERS

I ordered my clothing from SHEIN and Buffalo was responsible for the delivery of my clothes. They sent me a link to pay for the customs and I paid it, 2 days later I still haven’t received an email saying I paid for customs and I made MULTIPLE calls and they were telling me that the reference is incorrect and the 20 DAYS LATER they still did not allocate my payment

They asked me to pay customs AGAIN so I can quicken the process of receiving my clothes.

They are a **** logistics company. They’ve been telling me about a backlog since tbe 28th of March Today it’s the 19th of April

How long does it take to ****** process a payment ????
