Horrible Service

Their services is Horrible last year I had to buy new clothes because my delivery was late. Wednesday 11/03/26 driver said they couldn't get hold of me on the phone but my phone was on the whole day and I was at delivery address but the didn't delivery went back with my parcel I gave my secondary number they have to delay the parcel cause they still have to change the number on the label.But I gave them my work address I'm there 24/7 other courries come and deliver I've never had a problem only buffalo. Apparently now I have to pay for second delivery which is not my fault😡😡
