Horrible service

I have just received horrible service from one of you employees, I was shouted and sweared at to give you the gist of the story here is the live correspondence from driver: *****ba Mavatha ( so he said) send ***, YQ : BUFZA7XCO , Please see below chat with driver :

[5:12 PM, 3/10/2025] TML: you must call the client to ask if they will be available at the time of your drop off, I could have not been even home by them time of your arrival, secondly you use wats app to call your clients, thirdly you do not scream to your client and tell them customer is always right is **** to you, the address i entered is because my true address always gets people lost and it always better when I enter that address, you need to call me and tell me you are outside and not just enter at someones personal property [5:14 PM, 3/10/2025] TML: I have never had such horrible service in my life if this is how you do business my brother you seriously have to change your ways then maybe face to face business is not for you....have a great day
