Horrible service

I placed an order with Shein and Buffalo Logistics was the delivery partner. According to their system, the parcel was delivered, but I never received it.

I contacted them and asked for proof of delivery—such as a name or signature of the person who supposedly received it. They failed to provide this. Instead, they requested my tracking number to initiate a refund. I provided it immediately, but I never received the refund form or any further communication.

Every time I follow up, I’m told the matter is being “escalated” and that I will receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours. This has happened multiple times, but I never receive the promised response. On occasion, they have also told me I would get a call back—which also never happens.

I even called directly to confirm whether they had received my email as soon as I gave my email address, the call was abruptly cut off. After that, my calls were no longer answered. I followed up with another email explaining what happened, but still received no response.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Due to the repeated false promises, ignored communication, and lack of accountability, I have no choice but to pursue legal action and report the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I would not recommend Buffalo Logistics based on the way this matter was handled.
