HORRIBLE SERVICE

The very worst of them all. Got a massage at 6am on a Saturday morning that my parcel has been returned, no communication nothing. Called them and they said that the driver still has my parcel and will be delivered before the end of the day, waited the whole day and nothing. Honestly don't know why shein is still using them
