Horrible service

The most terrible service ever experienced. Been waiting for over 2 weeks to be contacted to make arrangements to have a return parcel collected. Call center is useless beyond measure, holding time everytime is over 15 min and if you are lucky to speak to the rudest staff ever. Unwilling to help. Their whatsapp number is unmanned and no response or call back. Their website call back request after numerous requests no call back or reply. Really shocking and sad that customers get treated like this.
