Horrible service

buffalo was supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday, they failed to do so for some reason. I called that Thursday during the day and they said they would deliver on Tuesday and they still haven't. I have sent them countless emails and tried to call but there are like 50 people waiting in line for a call. its so frustrating to deal with such things.
