Horrible service!!!!!!

Never have I struggled with a courier company as much as with Buffalo!!! No one answers the calls, the whatsapp and chat options are not working, they dont have pick up points, their agents promise to get back to you but they dont!

I will NEVER use Buffalo again and will advise EVERYONE I know to stay far away!!!!!!
