Horrible service

Poorest service ever.

They provide 2 numbers for the customer service, which does not work.

They provide a whatsapp number that they say "will respond quickly", a week later and they still haven't responded to my whatsapp or emails.

They sent my parcel to the wrong PEP, even though I asked them to send it to another PEP, they stil sent it to a PEP that is 2 hours away from me.
