Horrible service

I ordered from shein, my order was picked up on Friday. The driver called on Sunday asking for directions, I gave him directions he said he can't find the place. I couldn't send my location because I was not at home, he told me to give him my address (mind you it's on the package) I sent it, he told me he left my area. When I asked him when am I getting my package he said he is done with my area. The package I ordered few days after that one was delivered the following day by a different driver. I'm still waiting for my package, please attend to this
