Horrible service

Very terrible experience. The driver, Thabo sent a text saying send me a code on WhatsApp, no call. I saw the text an hour later, sent him the code, he said I'm already gone. How? You never called. Well, I rescheduled the delivery to a day later. Same thing, a text saying send me the code, I asked him to leave the parcel with security, he blue ticked me. I sent a text later that day asking him what he decided to do, he blue ticked me again. This morning I sent the driver a WhatsApp text telling him I'm home he can come anytime. He blue ticked me immediately. It's 3pm no response no communication :(
