Horrible service

I have been waiting for my parcel for over 20 days now, I have tried to contact Buffalo logistics and the third party logistics without any help, my calls are put on hold and emails are ignored. I haven't been updated when I'll receive my parcel , when I track the parcel it shows that it's at the SA warehouse, for 2 weeks now
