Horrible experience with backyard company

I ordered an international parcel online, and set the delivery adress to my house. Instead of delivering to the provided adress (as they were supoosed to) , they notified me that I need to collect my parcel at the pickup point. I took time off work to drive into the CBD of Town to the provided adress. When I got there, nobody knew what I was talking about and they said the parcel wasn't there. I spent 2 hours driving and walking around the most dangerous part of town where I felt extremely unsafe, trying to find my package- that was suposed to be delivered to my door! I could not get hold of anyone on the whats app number or on the phone line. When I eventually got through, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending and she simply said she couldn't assist me. According to her, "the package is at the pickup point and theres nothing else she can do". It was by pure luck that I eventually located the package, and it was not at the adress that was sent to me. It was a ***** backyard operation, no signs or markings of the company displayed, and very unprofessional. I will never have anything to do with this company again, its a miracle that I even have my parcel.
