Horrible experience ever

Order number BUFEX74C***YQ The company gave me nothing but the worst service. I have been calling this company since Monday the 15th regarding my parcels that needs to be collected for a return. Everyday l am told that the driver will come and collect the next day but nothing happens and no feedback is provided. Their customer service agents are very rude and not helpful. I requested to speak to someone senior and l never receive a call from . It explains why the agents do as they please on calls and never assist when we call. I logged a return on the 8th of December 2025, its 11days later of no service. The worst courier service ever.
