Horrible delivery service

I am not happy with Baffulo couriers. I was expecting my delivery on 4 days ago, I was tracking my order since the purchase, I had not changed my address at all, when the par parcel reached my province I expected an sms telling me my parcel was out for delivery or receive call but there was no sort of communication, the next day my parcel was shipped to another province in a day. Iv been calling their call centre and everyday in taking to a different person with empty promises. I have never been so frustrated. Today the consultant tells me I will be liable for a penalty fee because they failed to deliver in a province I’m not sure even living in, my address has never changed , they got the delivery wrong but I must pay! If this is not sorted within 72 hours I will be contacting my lawyers. I beg that you don’t work with this company I’m not the first person to complain about their services they drivers are rude and they do not call for delivery they , they don’t even attempt delivery at times
