Horrible delivery experience

I’ve used Buffalo logistics many times before without any issues and this time they are really failing me at my most vulnerable time. My order arrived in the country on 7 March and I still haven’t received it. I keep calling them and the consultants I speak to are not helpful at all. I keep telling them that I’m travelling out of the country for 3 weeks and will not be here when they deliver which will result in my order being returned. I’ve been begging them to help me but my pleadings are falling on deaf ears.
