HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

I ordered from SHEIN and my order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago on the 4th September 2023 but was notified that they weren’t able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances and that it will be delivered later on. A day later when I track my package it says “closed the insurance claim has been processed.” I have been trying to get hold of this company to get an update with no success. They don’t update you on the progresss or explain what the problem could be. Don’t order from Shein because you will have to use this delivery company and you might regret it just like I am. This is horrible service! They don’t respond to the reviews here on Hello Peter so chances of a resolution are zero to none!
